Professional Services Solicitation

Wallis Engineering is a public works civil engineering firm located in Vancouver, Washington. We provide engineering and project management services for transportation, sewer, water and stormwater projects for public agencies; primarily cities, counties, utility districts, and ports. Some projects require subconsultant assistance.

With this solicitation we request qualifications of consultants in the disciplines listed below, to be added to our Subconsultant Services List. This list will be used as a resource for future public works project proposals which may arise in the following year. There is no guarantee of work from this solicitation.
