A recent news article in the Vancouver Business Journal profiled two key transportation projects currently underway in Washougal, and described how they will contribute to the city’s future plans. The SR-14 Pedestrian Tunnel will provide bicycle and pedestrian access to the Columbia River waterfront, and the ‘E’ Street Improvements project will improve both the functionality and safety of the road for all users through construction of a road diet and roundabout.
