We provide general civil engineering consulting services to government and industry. We do not work for land developers for a variety of reasons; the most noteworthy being that their projects seldom allow us to be meaningfully involved in construction. Our work falls into two categories:
- Project Engineering. We plan, design and manage construction for sitework, water, wastewater, transportation, and stormwater projects.
- Municipal Services. We offer construction management and inspection services, contract city/district engineering services, and a variety of engineering-related growth management and community development services, including development standards, development review and capital facilities planning.
